Thessalonici

The prefecture Thessalonica is biggest in Macedonia and in Northern Greece. Capital of prefecture is Thessalonica that is also the second bigger city in Greece. The prefecture is found in central Macedonia and is wetted by Thermaiko gulf in western and Strymoniko gulf in Eastern. In the central - northern department of prefecture exists the valley of Mygdonias with the Lake Koroneia and easternly the Lake Volvi that is second biggest in Greece.
