The prefecture Korinthia is in north-eastern Peloponnese. Capital of prefecture is the city of Corinthus.Easternly it borders on the prefecture Argolida and it is rained by Saroniko gulf, southernly with the prefectureArkadia and westwards with the prefecture Achaias.
In the hinterland which in her bigger part is mountainousexists torrents, lakes, gorges, forests, olive groves and vines.
